He had a cream egg in each hand for the whole easter egg hunt and at one point I realised that one was missing and his cheeks were bulging. The foil wrapper was no barrier to him getting to the chocolate and when we tried to get it out of his mouth it was like trying to get something out of a steel trap!

Hunting for Easter Eggs
The two easter egg hunts we had planned to go to were cancelled and Jaden had gone to his friend Blake's to play, so Adam hid some eggs for Kirsten and Nicolas to find. Kirsten was so sweet and helped Nicolas to find some eggs, but there were plenty for both of them. Nicolas never eats candy, but I do give him chocolate buttons (courtesy of Mom and Lianne!) if we are on a long car journey and he's crying.
He knows exactly what chocolate is and one taste of a mini cream egg and he was very interested in finding the shiny eggs! We had also filled some plastic eggs with candy, but he wasn't interested in those.

Kirsten was very sweet and gave him some chocolate when he asked, but unfortunately she gave him a huge piece, not that he was complaining! By the end he was covered in chocolate, but he was happy!!
When we were sitting eating chocolate at the end, Nicolas found Jaden's toy gun and epitomized the all American boy with the flag in the background and a gun in his hand.
